Description:
Manage an existing geographic territory for the sale of products and services in Northern California. This territory includes the Bay Area (counties west of I-5 and south to and including Monterey County). This territory includes a wide variety of industries, including refineries, power generation, environmental firms as well as several consulting engineering firms.
Training: 6-24 months inside applications/project management depending on experience.
Salary: salary based program plus commissions with no ceiling on earnings.

Description:
McKenna Engineering is a stocking distributor representing many different lines and types of process equipment. The company sells rotating equipment for air, gas, liquids, and bulk solids. The facility is located in Carson, CA and has an immediate opening for an experienced equipment service mechanic Supervisor.
Service and Repair Supervisor:
The Company is seeking a true leader capable of supervising, planning and coordinating and executing the service and repair segment of the business. Qualified individual will also poses the technical expertise to problem solve and direct the daily activities of Field Service and repair personnel.
Specific Requirements:
Candidate must have significant experience performing the following tasks on rotating equipment:
Perform preventative maintenance services at industrial and municipal facilities
Disassemble, inspect, and repair industrial and municipal blowers, pumps, mixers, and other types of rotating and stationary equipment
Be familiar with, but not limited to, the ability to read and understand machine assembly drawings, cross sectional drawings and apply micrometers, depth gages and laser alignment equipment.
On site inspection for proper installation and provide basic troubleshooting of problems
Must have familiarity with machining and close tolerances, critical measurements, etc.
Basic computer skills; email, Microsoft Excel, Word Paint, Adobe, etc.
